How can I book a photoshoot?

How do I make payments?

After the contract has been forwarded and signed, payments can be made via check out on website from the pricing page, by cash or e-interac. In conjunction with the signed contract, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time for the session and is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid either on the day of the session or after the session.

What if I spent more time than I booked pertaining to the edited package?

If the time spent is more than the expected time duration by 30 minutes or over then an additional payment of the base price ($280) is applicable. This will warrant 10 additional images. For time less than 30 minutes, the expected additional payment would be half of the base price ($140). This will warrant 5 additional images

How long should I expect my images after the shoot?

The editing process begins once proofs are selected. The time taken to choose proofs will serve as a factor in the editing process. Allow up to 15 days after you’ve selected your photos for editing. Events are considered large orders and will need 25-40 days separately for each process: receiving proofs, and editing being ready. 

How long will my images be kept by the photographer?

To keep organized and conserve space, your photos may be deleted or unavailable 150 days after your session has taken place.

Can I switch packages after paying for one?

No, switch or change can occur after the deposit payment (which is half of the paid selected package) has been issued and the contract has been signed.

Can I book different packages at the same time?

Depending on the situation which would require separate packages, different contracts would have to be signed and confirmed by the photographer.

Can I mix packages in my photoshoot session?

Only one package can be selected per photoshoot session prior to signing the contract. There can be no edited and unedited photos from a session.

How can I select the photos I want?

After the session has occurred, the proofs can be selected straight from the camera at the location. You can also opt to have the proofs forwarded to your email or dropbox for your selection (which I would recommend).

What if I want more edited images than I signed for?

If you would like to purchase additional photos, you must buy each pose/image separate from your package for an additional $25 charge. This is exclusively for the edited and event packages.
